Our Refund Terms

At Zeki Menü, we consider customer satisfaction our top priority. Therefore, we implement the following refund policy regarding our services:

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund guarantee for Zeki Menü software and services within the first 15 days from the purchase date.

If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason during this period, you can receive a full refund of the amount you have paid.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your refund request by sending an email to dev@zekimenu.com within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
  2. Include your account information, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request in your email.
  3. After receiving your request, our team will contact you within 3 business days.
  4. Approved refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days from the approval date.

Refund Restrictions

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made after 15 days from the purchase date
  • If your account has been found to violate our terms of use
  • Services that have been specially developed or customized for you
  • Add-on or theme purchases (those not included in your package)

Note: For automatically renewing subscriptions after the 15-day period, if you cancel before renewal, you will not be charged for the next period, but fees paid for the current period will not be refunded.

Payment Refunds

Refunds will be made using the original payment method:

  • Credit card payments: Refund to the same credit card
  • Bank transfers: Refund to the specified bank account
  • Other payment methods: An appropriate refund method will be determined based on the situation
